Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
Newfield School is seeking aPremises and Compliance Managerto take the lead in ensuring our school buildings and grounds are safe, secure, and fully compliant with all relevant regulations.
As our Premises and Compliance Manager, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day management of the school site. You’ll be responsible for:
• Overseeing the maintenance, security, and cleanliness of the school premises
• Ensuring full compliance with health and safety legislation and statutory requirements
• Managing contractors and service providers
• Leading on risk assessments, fire safety, and emergency planning
• Contributing to long-term premises planning and development
We are seeking someone with experience in the following:
• Premises or facilities management
• Health and safety legislation and compliance
• Leading and managing staff and working with external partners
You will be joining a dedicated team who are passionate about providing the best possible environment for our students to thrive.
