Summary

Our client, Europe's leading independent manufacturer of sealants, adhesives and PU foams requires a Warehouse Team Leader to work at its site in Tamworth. Duties as a Warehouse Team Leader include providing a safe working environment, adhering to health, safety, and environmental procedures, and ensuring they are always understood and practiced by the team. Planning, co-ordinating and monitoring the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. Ensuring orders are processed, efficiently and that the delivery of materials meets customers timescales/requirements. Supervising and controlling order picking, goods in/out operations to ensure accuracy with minimum handling and stock damage. Assisting the warehouse manager in organisation and facilitate and lead staff at stock takes. Responsible for driving standards of work and ensuring quality processes are implemented to ensure a "right first time" product to the customer. Dealing with customers on a level that is acceptable and courteous. Operating FLT's when required

Our client offers a Warehouse Team Leader: Monday to Friday. 06:00-14:30 / 14:15-22:45 (Rotating weekly) £28,500 per annum Annual bonus scheme Onsite car park Previous experience required for a Warehouse Team Leader: Valid Forklift Reach License Valid UK driving license. Previous supervisory experience
