Summary
The post holder is responsible for the assessment, development, implementation and evaluation of patients care, without supervision and the teaching of other medical, nursing and non-nursing staff. The post holder is designated to take charge and ensure the day to day smooth running of the ward on a regular basis, in the absence of the person who has continuing responsibility.
