Summary
Undertake the administrative duties associated with the care of patients and record clinical activity accurately and comprehensively in a timely manner. Work Collaboratively. Make decisions in consultation with team members, service users and carers, and other involved services (HPFT and external organisations). Review Service Users. Provide Clinical Leadership to the Team. Regular or ad hoc supervision on clinical matters with members of the team. Maintain high clinical standards and develop the skills of the team.
