Summary
CLINICAL MANAGEMENT / CLINICAL LEADERSHIP AND GOVERNANCEClinical Management To support team members to assess, treat and discharge children and young people effectively. To ensure appropriate data is completed by clinicians within their MDT e.g. Routine outcome measures and other clinical documents. Oversee safe use of equipment and resources Conduct appraisals of staff within the team (Performance & Development Reviews) Identify training needs and coordination of continuing professional development in conjunction with the wider Leadership team Provide clinical supervision support to staff from own and other services /teams as agreed with the Clinical Lead
