Summary

We're looking for an Full-time OR Part-time Assistant Office Manager to join our Natural Resources team, within daily travelling distance to Falmer. As either Full-Time or Part-Time, you'll assist the office manager on our 7-year, c£1bn framework with Southern Water. Location: on site at the Falmer office Monday to Thursday, Friday from home

Hours: Permanent, Full Time or Part Time - flexible and part time hours are available if preferred, just let us know upon application



Responsibilities

We're looking for an experienced Assistant Office Manager to join our NRNN water team. In this role you'll will be responsible for the implementation of the Framework administration procedures and co-ordinating the duties of the Framework administration. Managing the day to day running of the Framework office, facilities & support services. You will need to be in the office during core hours Monday to Thursday as a minimum.



Your day to day will:

-Management, maintenance and safety of the project site offices and the surrounding environment, including office security and visitor clearance.

-Management of office safety procedures, including scheduled testing of the safety systems and ensuring adequate Fire Marshalls and First Aiders are appointed and available.

-Management and maintenance of all systems and data, ensuring all information is collected and kept up to date, including invoicing, new starter and personnel records and the project Document Control system

-Administration support to all areas of the project as well as being responsible for the establishment and maintenance of the Kier Natural Resources, Nuclear and Networks, Regional Civil Engineering Administration procedures.

-Production and management of the office premises register as well as the allocation of workspace and office arrangements, including the control and maintenance of office consumables and office services.

What are we looking for?

This Assistant Office Manager role is great for you if you:

-Are computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages

-Have proven knowledge and practical understanding of administration processes

-Experience with using Oracle / CPA Causeway or similar
