Summary
We are looking for a people-focused team member to support all aspects of our HR administration. You will build supportive and trusting relationships with our workforce, provide advice to the leadership team on employee relations matters, and support the business to achieve our wider goals.Contract Type: 37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks. There will be a requirement for some hybrid working during school holidays.Salary: £30,000Start Date: 1st September 2025, or as soon as available in the new academic year.
Hardwick House School is a small specialist independent school for learners, aged 7-19, with autism and related communication difficulties. The school provides a safe learning environment in which our learners can thrive and succeed academically, socially and emotionally. You will be working alongside a range of colleagues who will support you to thrive in this role, both within the school and regionally within the Newcome Education group, and as part of our wider parent company, Cavendish Education.
What we’re looking for: - A proactive and confident person who can work both in a team and autonomously. - Previous experience within HR.
