Crynodeb
We are recruiting for General Operatives on behalf of our client in Tamworth to work at a leading manufacturer producing G.R.P (Glass Reinforced Plastic) building products.
Hours are 4.30PM - 3AM Monday - Thursday 40 hours per week - 1 in 4 Fridays are worked but if targets met this day is off and paid!!!
(Due to the time of the shifts you must have your own transport or live locally to the area as there is no public transport at 3am)
A 4 DAY WORKING WEEK!!
This is a physical role and can involve some heavy lifting:
Experience in the following would be advantageous
• GRP Manufacturing Experience (not essential)
• Previously worked in a manufacturing environment
• Working with machinery
• Using hand tools
• Working well as part of a team and individually
• Working to targets
Responsibilities:
• Ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to at all times
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Flexible approach
• Good attention to detail
Full training will be given and this is a Temp to Permanent Role for the right candidate.
Once you are fully trained, hitting targets and quality output has reached desired level the rate has scope to increase up to £14.98ph
