We are currently seeking a reliable Traffic Marshall / Gateperson to join our client’s team on a busy construction site in Cambridge.

Role Includes:

• Managing site access and directing vehicles and deliveries

  
  

• Signing in/out workers and visitors

  
  

• Ensuring site safety protocols are followed at the gate

  
  

• Communicating with site teams via radio

  
  

• General gatekeeping and site duties as required

  
  

  Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS card – Essential

    
    

  • Valid Traffic Marshal / Vehicle Banksman ticket – Accepted: CPCS, NPORS, or CITB-approved in-house training

    
    

  • Previous experience in a similar role

    
    

  • Right to work in the UK

    
    

  • Good communication skills and a professional attitude
