About the Role:
We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our client’s team. This role involves picking finished items from production machines, placing on to pallets and preparing them for dispatch, and ensuring that orders are packed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Collecting completed items directly from machines on the warehouse floor
Inspecting items for quality and accuracy
Labelling, packaging, and preparing products for dispatch
Ensuring items are correctly picked in line with order specifications
Updating inventory systems or paperwork as required
Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
Following health and safety procedures at all times
Supporting the wider warehouse team with general duties when needed
What We’re Looking For:
Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential – full training provided
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work at a steady pace and manage repetitive tasks
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
