Summary
We need a flexible and enthusiastic support worker to support potentially 3 individuals in their own home within their small teams. Someone adaptable and willing to go the extra mile for the people we support and be there in the highs and lows of everyday life. The candidate will have bespoke training for each team.
Essential for this job:
Valid full UK drivers licence. Own car and willing to use it when supporting (mileage paid) and the business insurance will be paid.
Hours: 16h per week
Ideally you will:
* Be a confident person
* Be positive with a "can do" attitude
* Be reliable, this is important
* Work well in small teams
* Be someone who can use their own initiative
* Want to make a difference to someone else's life
* Be flexible, able to provide cover for holidays and sickness
