Administrator/ Administration Support - We are looking to hire an experienced Administrator to join our team based in our office in Ipswich, Suffolk. This is a varied role helping to ensure smooth operations across all departments. About the role:

In this Administrator role you will report into the Head of HR. No two days are the same, as this is a proactive role where you will help ensure smoother operations and operational efficiency by providing exceptional administrative support to various departments. Hours of work will be 35 per week Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm.

Main duties and responsibilities:

- Acting as the first point of contact in the office, greeting visitors and managing incoming calls.

- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents and presentations for Directors and senior staff.

- Coordinating logistics for internal and external events, along with travel arrangements and expense processing.

- Supporting HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and maintenance of staff records and compliance

About you:

As our Administrator, we are looking for someone who has proven experience in a similar administrative role, ideally with experience in coordinating travel and/or events. It is essential that you have strong organisational and multitasking skills, adaptable, trustworthy when handling sensitive information, and able to work independently. Your excellent communication skills, professionalism, and proactive approach will enable you to interact effectively with team members and visitors, while your proficiency in Microsoft Office will support your daily tasks.
