Summary
A busy family based in Andover, Hampshire, is looking for an experienced and engaging full-time live-out Nanny to care for their two school-aged children. The role involves all general childcare duties, including supporting the children with their morning and evening routines before and after school. Light housekeeping related to the children is also expected. A full driving licence and the ability to drive an automatic car are essential, as well as a valid first aid qualification.
Working hours: 5 hours 5 days a week, 7:00 am to 9:00 am or 9:30 am, and then 4:30 pm to 7:00 pm during term time. 8 hours, 5 days a week during school holidays (Open to live-in candidates also)
Duties include:
Prepare healthy and varied meals for the child
Organise and follow the child's daily routine
Change nappies and ensure proper hygiene
Clean and sterilise feeding bottles
Establish and maintain nap schedules
Dress and bathe the child daily
Engage in age-appropriate play and activities
Monitor the child’s development and keep parents updated
Ensure the child is always safe, clean, and content
Manage the child’s wardrobe and organise clothing
Handle laundry and ironing of the child’s clothes
Keep the child’s room tidy and hygienic
Occasionally shop for the child’s essentials
The family is looking for someone to start on 1st October 2025.
