Summary
Logical Personnel Solutions are looking for a self-motivated and forward thinking Project Coordinator/ Administrator to join our Major Projects division based in our North Bristol recruitment office.
Logical Personnel Solutions are one of the UKs leading manpower providers in the construction and energy sectors, having successfully supported clients on some of the UKs most prestigious projects including Heathrow T5 expansion, Hinkley Point C and the HS2 Project.
This role will be suitable for someone who is organised, able to work independently and has previous experience within a customer service, sales or construction environment.
The Project Coordinator must be confident in speaking to construction workers and clients on a daily basis, with their main daily duties including -
· Pre-screening applicants over the phone and conducting telephone interviews
· Advertising vacancies across a variety of job boards and social media
· Searching the database for suitable workers to match site requirements
· Holding in depth discussions with construction workers who are interested in working on the project to give them all the information required
· Using the database and computer system to book successful workers into jobs and collating all new starter documents including pay registration documents, right to work checks etc
· Liaising with the current workforce to ensure all site requirements are covered and that all Operators have all information required
· Various administration duties including creating & updating excel spreadsheets, completing vetting application forms and DBS checks for workers, checking qualifications & right to work documents of suitable workers etc
· Working closely with the Project team and assisting the Project Manager as required
The successful applicant will ideally have worked in the recruitment / sales sector previously and could be looking for an exciting new challenge without the hard sales element of recruitment. Or have previously worked within the construction industry looking for a more stable office based role.
