Summary
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply. You should have a passion for improvement and patient-focused care and should be able to work well as part of a multidisciplinary team. You will be required to accurately maintain patient records and analyse data effectively. Excellent communication skills is a prerequisite as you will be undertaking consultations with both patients and other healthcare professionals.
