Summary
Environmental Manager
A leading regional contractor is seeking an experienced Environmental Manager to join their business. This is an excellent opportunity to join a renowned leading business with an extensive background as a reputable contractor. The Environmental Manager will play a key part in the development and future of the business, reporting directly to the Head of Health & Safety. This Environmental Manager will be joining a longstanding HSQE team and be based across their office on the South coast and various projects.
Responsibilities for Environmental Manager
- Ensure the business complies with Environmental legislation and standards
- Working closely to develop relationships with key clients and Stakeholders surrounding environmental understanding and best practice
- Provide experience and training across the business and across sites
Requirements for Environmental Manager
- Previous experience within the construction industry and a similar role is fundamental,
- Relevant degree or qualification within either construction, Ecology, Environmental or NEBOSH,
- Preferably a member of IEMA
- Knowledge and understanding of ISO14001, ISO50001 OR ISO20400
