£28,000–£30,000 per annum + Car Allowance | Full-Time, Permanent | 8AM–6PM Shifts | 5 out of 7 Days
One Property Recruitment are exclusively partnered with a standout player in the residential property space to appoint a Resident Services Manager across a growing North-West portfolio. This is a hands-on, customer-focused role that blends operational leadership with resident engagement, community activation, and compliance oversight. Based in Manchester city centre but required to travel across x2 sites in Manchester and x1 in Preston – it offers real autonomy and variety for someone passionate about raising service standards and bringing communities to life.
You’ll work closely with a Resident Services Assistant, taking ownership of both day-to-day operations and the bigger picture—everything from service performance, resident acquisition, mobilisation of new assets, to maintaining brand and building standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support property viewings to drive occupancy across the portfolio
Conduct regular building checks, uphold H&S and brand standards
Liaise with FM and helpdesk teams to manage maintenance and inspections
Coordinate community engagement initiatives and local events
Assist with mobilising new developments and preparing units for handover
Champion leasing walk standards and support the delivery of open days
Provide key-holder oversight and oversee compliance activities
Be a trusted, responsive point of contact for residents and colleagues
Support central teams and lend regional cover when needed
We’re keen to speak with individuals who bring:
Experience in residential property, BTR, PBSA, hospitality, or serviced accommodation
A service-first approach with strong resident relationship-building skills
High attention to detail and a track record in compliance and inspections
Comfortable travelling across the portfolio (UK driving licence required)
Strong admin, IT and organisational capabilities
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
