Summary
About the role:
The role is specifically designed around utilising the voice of lived experiences within Substance misuse treatment systems to improve the experience. It will support ongoing commissioning needs, contract monitoring needs and provide feedback to the Area planning Board through quarterly reporting. It will support the development of new peer led projects and initiatives
About you:
1) An understanding of the substance misuse world through lived experience or current professional role.
2) A passion for learning in the process of supporting people.
3) Experience or understanding of working in partnership with statutory, independent and voluntary agencies
4) Be IT literate
5) Ability to communicate effectively with service users, managers, carers,
professionals and other agencies
6) Commitment to the development of practice and services which promote equality
This position has a requirement for a Standard DBS Check
