An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lecturer in Counselling to join our Health, Early Years and Foundation Learning team reporting to our Curriculum Manager for Health and Science. As a Lecturer in Counselling with Stockton Riverside College you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality, inclusive teaching across a range of counselling programmes. You will support and guide learners through their academic and personal development, contribute to curriculum design, and ensure all course materials meet current professional standards. The ideal candidate will be a reflective and compassionate practitioner with strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to inspire and motivate learners from diverse backgrounds. Experience of teaching, training, or supporting adult learners is advantageous. Ongoing professional development opportunities and structured mentoring will be available to support the successful candidate in both their teaching and counselling practice.
