What we offer you:
SALARY: £25,000.00 plus company vehicle.
LOCATION: Mobile - Travelling between client sites around South-East England, with occasional visits to the Crayford laboratory.
WORKING PATTERN: 37.5hrs Mon-Fri plus possible weekend overtime

About the Role
Based at our laboratory in Crayford, Kent, this role involves travel to a variety of client sites. You'll be responsible for delivering planned water management services including temperature monitoring, sampling, system testing, and condition inspections in line with L8, HSG274, and PWTAG guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct routine water hygiene tasks such as temperature checks, sampling, and testing of domestic systems and pools.
• Perform inspections and ensure compliance with water safety regulations.
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent service and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate on-site records and update the company’s CRM system.
• Identify and report potential new business opportunities.
• Carry out remedial works, including chlorination and disinfection of systems.
• Contribute to the delivery of high-quality services across the team.
What You’ll Need
Essential:
• A valid UK driving licence.
Desirable:
• Previous experience in water treatment or water hygiene.
• Confidence in carrying out remedial and disinfection work.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Competence in report writing and record-keeping.
• Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.
