Summary
The successful applicant will be expected to carry out all duties of a Paediatric Surgery Specialist Registrar, participating in a 1 in 8 compliant on-call rota and the supporting the provision of the outreach service There are a number of academic meetings in the department. These meetings frequently involve members of other disciplines. There are also separate meetings run by the neonatal, infectious diseases, community and neurology teams. There is a regular programme of audit meetings. There are very active programmes of clinic and research meetings in other departments throughout the medical school. All staff are invited to attend.
