Summary
You will be part of BCHC Community Learning Disability Service of which the Community Forensic Team offer a citywide service across 5 localities. Your main base will be at The Greenfields with an option of working across our other two bases. You will be part of an MDT that offer safe, high quality care and promote a great place to work with health and wellbeing offers, staff networks and the opportunity for career development and progression You will have a passion for person centred care and integrated team working. You will be supported and supervised by a senior Community Forensic Nurse within the team. Car drivers and access to a car for work purposes is preferable.
