We’re working with a vibrant and inclusive secondary school in Warwickshire to recruit a Graduate STEM Teaching Assistant. This full-time role offers invaluable classroom experience and professional development.
Graduate STEM Teaching Assistant – What’s on Offer:
• Competitive pay – up to £550 per week (term time only)
• Start date: Immediate or September 2025
• Monday to Friday – full-time, long-term role
• Support lessons across STEM subjects – Maths, Science, and/or Computing
• Assist with GCSE preparation and tailored academic support
Graduate STEM Teaching Assistant – Your Role:
• Support students in KS3 and KS4 STEM lessons
• Deliver small group and 1:1 interventions in Maths, Science, or Computing
• Help plan and deliver engaging and practical STEM content
• Promote confidence and curiosity in technical subjects
• Collaborate with teachers, pastoral leads, and SEN staff to support pupil progress
Graduate STEM Teaching Assistant – Ideal Candidate:
• A 2:1 degree or higher in a STEM subject (e.g., Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Computer Science)
• Passion for STEM education and student development
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with young people (e.g. mentoring, tutoring, volunteering) is a bonus
• Enthusiastic, professional, and committed to making a difference
