Are you a compassionate leader with a passion for dementia care? We’re seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our well-established 45-bed residential dementia care home in Bath.

About the Role: As Registered Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall leadership, compliance, and operational excellence of the home. You’ll foster a culture of dignity, empathy, and person-centred care while ensuring the highest standards are met across all areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a dedicated care team to deliver outstanding dementia care
Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and care standards
Oversee care planning, safeguarding, and risk assessments
Manage budgets, occupancy, and business development
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a dementia care setting
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
In-depth knowledge of dementia and evidence-based care approaches
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
A hands-on, dynamic approach with a commitment to continuous improvement
