Summary

About us: We are looking to recruit an Assistant Lawyer in our Contracts, Procurement & Property team. The focus of our team is on enabling quality service delivery, working in partnership with client departments and to help ensure positive outcomes for the Vale of Glamorgan. You will act as a case holder with a varied mix of matters and provide professional legal services to the Council related to the Council’s contracts, procurement, company/corporate projects and property.

About the role:

Pay Details: Grade 8; SCP 26 – SCP 30 (£36,124 - £39,513)
Hours of Work / Working Pattern: 37 hours per week / Monday to Friday
Main Place of Work: Civic Offices
Description: To assist in the provision of a comprehensive legal service to the Council, with an emphasis on the Council’s contracts, procurement, company/corporate projects and property.
