Summary
Part-Time Female Support Worker
- 15 hours per week

- £12.31 Per hour
Shift Patterns: 4pm-10pm (sleep-in) then 7am-9am and 9am-4pm. You will be expected to commit to 1-2 sleep-ins per week.
The Role

We're looking for a confident and upbeat female Support Worker to support two amazing women aged 25 to mid-40s in their shared supported living home. Both ladies are full of personality and enjoy a busy, active lifestyle, bowling, cinema trips, baking cakes, making dog biscuits, and visiting their favourite shops in town.
One woman enjoys her independence, especially when it comes to cooking and her daily routines. The other lady requires support with full personal care and meal preparation, she can be very engaging but also needs someone who is confident, emotionally resilient, and always one step ahead.
This is a lone-working role during sleep-ins, so we're looking for someone who's calm under pressure, quick-thinking, and ready to bring a smile to every shift. Both women use words to communicate, and they thrive with support workers who are happy, motivated, and genuinely enjoy what they do.
