An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Maintenance Manager. You will be dynamic, motivated and competent individual with a passion for public sector excellence with the ability to lead a large and complex service with associated budgets.

You will have a track record of achievement and leading change with the enthusiasm and drive to deliver value for money tenant focused repairs & maintenance services. You will have experience of managing in a large organisation and the ability to stay calm under pressure to deliver ,consistent results.

You will be an emotionally intelligent leader with the capacity and communication skills to collaborate and build strong relationships with peers, elected members, Trade Unions and the workforce.
