About the role:

Pay Details: Grade 5, SCP 8 -12 25,992 -£27,711 p.a.
Hours of Work: 37
Main Place of Work: Barry
Temporary up to 31.03.2028
Description: To deliver high quality 1:1 support in families homes with children aged 0-4 years. To deliver early years groups to families in the designated areas of Flying Start.


About you / You will need:
• Minimum three years experience of working with Children and Families
• Minimum two years of working directly in Family Support
• Experience of working within the Early Years sector
• Knowledge of early intervention initiatives
• Good knowledge of Children’s Development and Play
• Ability to work under pressure and have a flexible approach to work
• Ability to work one to one with parents in their home

Level 3 in Early Years, Education, CCLD or a relevant equivalent qualification (must be related to 0-4year old development).
