Summary
Position: Warehouse Operative
Location: Redditch
Salary: £12.50 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm
Role Overview:
We are currently looking for a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our team in Redditch. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately managing incoming stock, ensuring it is ready for distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and unpack incoming stock, following all safety procedures
• Inspect and sort stock, checking for damages or discrepancies
• Organise and store stock in designated areas
• Accurately record and track inventory data
• Prepare and pack orders for distribution
• Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
