Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ needs and strengths
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
Provide counseling and support to clients and their families
Advocate for client access to services and resources
Facilitate group sessions and community workshops
Collaborate with other professionals and agencies to coordinate care
Maintain detailed and accurate case records in compliance with regulations
Requirements
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution
Valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a social work setting
Strong understanding of social work ethics and legal guidelines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in crisis intervention techniques
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 08:45
End Time: 17:15
Pay Per Hour: £22.51
