Summary
The Best Connection is seeking experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers to join our team for a prestigious client based in Orpington.
The role requires the drivers to complete deliveries around South East corner, so Essex, Kent and some London. Good road knowledge would be required, and any experience with Deliveries of flooring and lifting would be highly beneficial. This is a customer facing role, so some experience with this would be ideal.
Hours of work Monday to Friday 06 30am starts - 8-10 hours Per day. Pay Rate £18 Per Hour Key Responsibilities: Conduct pre and post vehicle checks Complete an average of 6-8 drops per day Deliveries primarily to London, SE London, and Kent Assist with loading and unloading heavy products Customer-facing role requiring excellent communication Handballing duties involved Requirements: Previous Class 2 delivery driving experience Valid CPC and Digi Card Maximum of 6 penalty points on licence, with no DD/DR endorsements Reliable, professional, and customer-oriented Other driving roles are available across different vehicle types through The Best Connection.
