Location: Fulwood Barracks, Preston, PR2 8AA Pay:  £13.34hour Hours: 37.5 (5 days over 7, including occasional weekends) Shifts: 8-hour shifts, between 06:00 and 20:00 – enjoy your free evenings!

What You'll Do:




- Cooking and preparing food ready for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
- Organise and coordinate fine dining and hospitality events.
- Train and mentor, all team members.
- Follow recipes and maintain kitchen records.
- Placing orders and stock rotation, carrying out regular stock takes and completing the relevant back-office paperwork.
- Assist with stock checks, orders, and deep cleans.






What We're Looking For:




- Previous experience in a similar contract catering environment.
- NVQ Level 2/3 or experience working in a busy kitchen environment.
- IT skills, great technical communication, and Microsoft packages experience.
- Good knowledge of food production methods, keeping up to date with new methods.
- Extensive knowledge on Allergens and the impact/awareness needed.
- Impeccable leadership skills.
