Summary
- Oversees the daily operations of a Nursery, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children, while managing staff and resources.
- Responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere to ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Overseeing the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Ensuring all children's needs are met, including special education needs.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage a team.
- Experience working in a Nursery or childcare setting, with experience in a management or supervisory role.
