We're proud to be partnering with a respected specialist SEMH school in Barkingside, Redbridge, to recruit a passionate and resilient Behaviour Support Assistant. This is a full-time position supporting students across both primary and secondary phases who face behavioural, emotional, and mental health challenges.

This is more than a support role-it's an opportunity to become a trusted presence in a young person's life and help them find their path to success.
