We're currently seeking One-to-One Teaching Assistants to work across a number of supportive and welcoming schools in Swansea, Neath, Port Talbot, and Llanelli. Whether you're an experienced Teaching Assistant or looking to take the first step into education, we'd love to hear from you.

As a One-to-One Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with individual pupils to provide tailored academic and emotional support. This may include helping with classroom activities, supporting learning in small groups or 1:1 sessions, and assisting in the development of positive behaviours and engagement in school life.
