Are you passionate about supporting children with complex needs and a wide range of Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are currently recruiting for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist setting in Croydon this September.
This is a fantastic opportunity to support students with MLD, PMLD, physical disabilities, autism, cerebral palsy, and other diverse learning needs in a well-resourced, caring environment.

Provide 1:1 and small-group support across multiple classes

Assist with personal care, mobility support, and physical needs where required

Support pupils' communication, using tools such as PECS, Makaton, BSL, or other alternative methods

Work closely with teaching staff and therapists to deliver tailored, sensory-focused learning experiences
