️ Roles Available: Scan Staff | Event Steward
- Assist the guests into the event with the smooth entry and scanning of their mobile or physical tickets through the ticket check.
- You will be one of the first faces they see on entry to the event so a happy welcome is always essential!
- You will also need to keep a proactive mindset to assess any issues that may arise on the day of the event, and report this back to your Supervisor or Manager on the shift.
There are certain requirements we will need staff to comply with:
- You will be required to be flexible for the roles listed above.
- You will be required to work all event days.
- We will ask you for preferred shifts but these cannot always be guaranteed.
- Travel: Festivall do not provide transportation. Staff are responsible for making their own way to and from events. Please note: there is no staff car parking provided.
- NO Staff Camping Available.
