Summary
Working alongside the Accountable TSU Pharmacist, your key roles will be to: Assist and supervise the production of Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) and CIVAS including reviewing prescriptions for clinical appropriateness and undertaking the check and release of finished products. Support the set-up, production and final release of clinical trials ensuring that GCP is followed. Supervise and support the trainee pharmacists and foundation pharmacists who rotate through TSU. Partake in document review, internal audit and change management to continually improve the quality of the TSU service. Option to provide a clinical ward pharmacy service rotating through different clinical areas including paediatrics, surgery and intensive care. This post will be based at Adanac park with some cross site working at UHS.
