Summary
We are currently recruiting for a General Sales Manager to join our Client’s Commercial Dealership in Derby.
Our Client is offering the successful Commercial General Sales Manager up to £100,000 OTE.
Benefits:
- Basic Salary £70,000 Depending on experience
- OTE up to £100,000
- Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 18:00pm
- Company Vehicle included in the package
- Ongoing Manufacturer Development / Training Courses
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and motivate a team of automotive professionals, ensuring the dealership is adequately resourced.
- Develop and roll out dealership marketing and publicity strategies to support objectives.
- Support the dealerships to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure dealership activities are conducted in line with our clients, manufacturer and regulatory requirements.
- Sell and Buy Vehicles
Requirements:
- Have a proven track record within a the role
- Be results driven with a key focus on meeting objectives
- Adaptable, analytical and a strong communicator.
