This role is responsible for supporting the Conversion Manager (Student Recruitment) to create, deliver and report on the effectiveness of an outstanding portfolio of student recruitment activities to convert offer holders for Henley Business School’s postgraduate programme to acceptances and enrolments.

You will:

- Have an ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines under pressure.
- Be highly motivated, organised and efficient with excellent attention to detail
- Have good communication skills (written and oral)
- Have experience of providing a high-quality service and achieving targets
