Summary
KARWAN SHEERYAKH (BIRMINGHAM) LTD, renowned for its authentic and flavorful Afghan dishes, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep passion for Afghan cuisine, ensuring that the dining experience remains exceptional.
Main duties include:
• Oversee the daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows and maintaining a high standard of service.
• Manage the restaurant team, including recruitment, training, and staff development, creating a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain and manage restaurant inventory, ensuring the quality and freshness of ingredients while minimising waste.
• Monitor and optimise financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
• Assist in menu development and collaborate on seasonal offerings to enhance the customer experience.
Skills and Education:
• Proven experience in bsuiness management or a similar role preferably in food sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
