Your Role As Facilities Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our buildings and workspaces are safe, compliant, and well-maintained. You’ll lead a dedicated Facilities Management Team and take ownership of the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and statutory compliance across a range of sites.You’ll be responsible for delivering high standards across all our premises, supporting both staff and customers by creating safe and welcoming environments. This includes managing critical building systems, coordinating inspections and audits, and ensuring all facilities meet health and safety regulations.This is a full-time, permanent role, working 36.25 hours per week. Due to the multi-site nature of the position, a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential. What We Are Looking ForTo succeed in this role, you will need:Proven experience in a similar facilities management or building maintenance role.A relevant qualification (e.g., foundation degree, BTEC, HND) or equivalent experienceStrong leadership and people management skills.Solid understanding of building regulations and technical knowledge of building services.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.Comprehensive knowledge of Health and Safety standards and COSHH regulations, with a commitment to safe working practices.A high level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently, managing tasks with initiative and efficiency.
