GP Clinical Director Brighton & Herstmonceux Be at the forefront of clinical leadership and innovation in primary care. Were looking for an inspiring and forward-thinking GP Clinical Director to join our Sussex-based Primary Care team, covering our Brighton and Herstmonceux sites. As a GP Clinical Director, youll provide dynamic leadership to our multi-professional teams, supporting service development and clinical excellence. Your focus will be on creating a collaborative, patient-centred culture and driving innovation that enhances health outcomes across our communities. Youll work closely with practice teams, salaried GPs, and divisional leadership to deliver safe, high-quality care and ensure our services remain CQC-compliant, financially sustainable, and aligned with IC24s values and strategic vision. What Youll Be Doing: Providing visible, proactive clinical leadership across multiple sites Leading on the development of local services that meet population needs Driving quality improvement and workforce development Supporting the delivery of QOF, DES, and LCS targets Overseeing the appraisal and performance of salaried GPs Championing digital innovation and improved patient access Ensuring compliance with clinical governance, patient safety, and audit standards Working closely with PCNs, ICBs, and wider system partners to enable integrated care What Were Looking For: A qualified GP with full GMC registration and inclusion on the NHS Performers List Strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience in managing clinical teams A passion for improving patient outcomes and reducing health inequalities An understanding of CQC requirements, NHS policy, and financial sustainability A commitment to innovation, excellence, and IC24s social enterprise values Why Work With Us?
