Summary
ID Medical is seeking organised and focused Waiting List Coordinators to join our dedicated team in supporting a key NHS project aimed at improving patient access to outpatient services across North Wales. Key Responsibilities: Review and validate outpatient waiting lists across various specialities Identify and remove duplicate patient entries Update missing or incomplete referral and appointment data Liaise directly with patients to confirm ongoing care needs and appointment requirements Work collaboratively with clinical and admin teams to ensure data accuracy Requirements: Excellent communication and organisational skills Confident IT user with good attention to detail Previous NHS or administrative experience is desirable Understanding of outpatient referral pathways is advantageous Ability to speak Welsh is desirable but not essential What We Offer: Full training provided on NHS systems Flexible working arrangements depending on service needs Opportunity to support real improvement in patient care and experience
