About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Campaign Manager to join their in-house marketing team on a fixed-term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of multichannel campaigns that support brand awareness, customer engagement, and commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-store channels
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights using data and analytics
- Manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations effectively
- Champion brand consistency and customer-centric messaging across all touchpoints
About You:
You'll be a confident communicator and strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and customer engagement. You'll bring:
- Proven experience in campaign management, ideally within retail, FMCG, or membership-based organisations
- Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- A data-driven mindset with experience using campaign analytics to inform decisions
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a keen eye for detail
