We're looking for Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our Adult Mental Health Service Team in Wokingham. We offer a 9-5 service to adults with enduring mental health difficulties.

This is a varied, front-line role in a compassionate and forward-thinking team whereyou'll:


Utilise scope of practice to undertake Non-Medical Prescribing role and provide advice on medicine management issues associated with the patient specialty group. Work within Trust policy for Medicines Management. Undertake the role of Non-medical Prescriber within the clinical area and in line with Trust policy, professional regulatory and national guidance.

• Maintain competence in prescribing according to level of prescribing qualification

• Maintain competence in prescribing according to level of prescribing qualification andparticipatein regular continuing professional development in relation to the role.

• Prescribein accordance withthe Trust’s Medicine Policy;it’sNon-medical Prescribing Policy; BFHT Formulary and other local and national prescribing guidance.

• Prescribe within the limits of their individual competence.

The “must haves” for this role:
• Professional registration
• Post graduate qualification in specific speciality or equivalent experience
• MSc level qualification or equivalent CATs
• Non-medical prescribing course
