The school are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic PE Teacher to join their successful and supportive PE department, on a long-term basis, with potential of a permanent position for the right individual.

The Role:
As a PE Teacher, you will deliver high-quality lessons that inspire students to develop their physical ability, teamwork, confidence, and a lifelong love of sport and fitness. You will teach across Key Stages 3 and 4, contribute to the delivery of extracurricular activities, and promote health and well-being across the school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive PE lessons that meet the needs of all learners

  
  

• Assess, record, and report on students’ progress and attainment

  
  

• Contribute to the planning and running of a rich and varied extracurricular programme

  
  

• Encourage participation, fair play, and sporting excellence

  
  

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to raise standards in the department and across the school

  
  

  What We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified teacher with QTS (or ECT status)

    
    

  • Specialism in Physical Education with strong curriculum knowledge

    
    

  • Passion for sport and physical development

    
    

  • Excellent behaviour management and interpersonal skills

    
    

  • Experience in leading extracurricular sports clubs or teams is desirable
