Summary
Car Parts Direct Limited is seeking a dedicated Online Sales Assistant to join our team. This role is primarily focused on managing online product listings and processing customer orders efficiently. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the online sales experience, maintaining well-organised product listings, and contributing to customer satisfaction through excellent order handling and service.
Main Duties Include:
• Process orders efficiently and ensure timely dispatch.
• Create and update accurate product listings with descriptions, pricing, and images.
• Maintain organised stock for easy access and ensure accurate online stock levels.
• Handle products carefully to maintain quality and prevent damage.
• Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage purchasing.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
Education & Skills:
• Proven experience in sales, finance or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate product listings, order fulfilment, and stock management.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
