Summary
Masstemps Ltd are currently recruiting on behalf of a client for a full-time temp to perm Toolmaker to join a busy company based in the West Bromwich area.
Responsibilities for the day to day include…
· Manual milling, turning, and grinding using traditional toolroom machinery
· Assembling, fitting, and finishing bespoke press tools and jigs to tight tolerances
· Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical diagrams
· Repairing and modifying existing tools and fixtures as required
· Using hand tools and precision measuring equipment (micrometres, verniers, etc.)
· Collaborating with the production team to troubleshoot tooling issues
HOURS
Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:30pm
Friday: 7:30am – 12:30pm
PAY RATE
£13ph - £15.50ph
