What You’ll Do:
- Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across a range of Health & Social Care topics (e.g., safeguarding, communication, human lifespan development).
- Support learners in achieving their qualifications from Level 2 to Level 3 (BTEC, CACHE, or equivalent).
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment that promotes student success.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop curriculum and share best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- A teaching qualification (PGCE, CertEd, or equivalent) or willingness to work towards one.
- A relevant qualification in Health & Social Care or a related field.
- Industry experience in health, social care, or early years is highly desirable.
- A passion for education and a commitment to student development.
